Cancellations are permitted, provided it is done on the same date as order placed and the money will be refunded to you within seven days.
We only provide refunds on orders cancelled on the same date as order placed.
Returns are permitted within 48 hrs of delivery, as long as the item is sealed, in original packaging, with original invoice and not damaged; and you may exchange it against any other product/s of same or higher price. The difference in price will need to be paid. Postage charges borne on initial order, cannot be adjusted and shipping charges will also be applicable on the new order. We do accept partial returns of the order, wherein you can return one or all products in your order.
If the product is damaged, missing, incorrect or if your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. All claims for shortages, damages or wrong order must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via email on [email protected] along with reference images and your order details. The replacement offered will be subject to an inspection of the situation by Poshte team and our delivery partner.
Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy and we take no responsibility for any damage that occurs once the order has been delivered to you.

Q: Are all your products 100% natural?
A: Yes, all our products are made with 100% natural and fine quality ingredients. Our products are paraben and sulphate free and have no harmful synthetic chemicals.
Q: How do I know this product will suit my skin?
A: All our skin care products are 100% certified Ayurvedic, made with 100% natural ingredients with proof of efficacy since ancient times. All our ayurvedic products are suitable for all ages and genders. We still do recommend patch test of products (behind your ears or inside of your elbow) before adding this to your daily routine.
In case you are under any kind of medical supervision, then do consult your doctor before adding any kind of new product/brand to your daily routine.
Q: How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A: For all our registered customers, the order details are available in their account profile. Also, an order confirmation mail is sent on your registered email id as soon as your order is placed. You may also feel free to contact our customer service on [email protected] for any further assistance in this matter.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
A: We presently only accept pre-payments, made on our website via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayTM, or any other BHIM/UPI wallets.
Q: Where all do you ship your products?
A: We ship all across India through trusted delivery partners and we also offer free shipping for all orders over INR 1500.
Q: Can I change the address post it’s shipped?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address or cancel the order post it’s shipped. You may however, place a new order with the new shipping address.
Q: How do I make changes to my order?
A: You cannot modify your order once it is placed. You may however, cancel the order on the same day and place a new order with desired changes. Remember, the order can only be cancelled on the same day as order placed.
Q: By when can I expect my order to be delivered?
A: Our endeavour is to have your order reach you as soon as possible hence, all orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 7 days. For locations which are remote and difficult to access, the order may take a day or two more.
